Selling to Saudi shoppers from your UAE store

noon runs a UAE to KSA Global Store. Eligible UAE sellers are enrolled automatically, and noon says you need no Saudi trade licence and no Saudi VAT registration, because noon handles the Saudi VAT. You need a live UAE store with stock in Fulfilled by noon or a non bulky Fulfilled by Partner warehouse in the UAE, a 12 digit HS code and country of origin on every product, and Saudi warranty support. Items over 25 kg or 120 cm are excluded, and Saudi customers are refunded rather than offered exchanges.

It is the fastest way to test Saudi demand. Once a product proves itself, a Saudi store of your own usually gives you better delivery times and more control.

How noon ads work

noon ads run through Ad Manager in noon Seller Lab. Product Ads are pay per click and can target keywords, products or categories, or run automatically. Brand Ads are open to brand owners and authorised representatives, and Display Ads put your products in front of shoppers across the site. Sellers who start using Ad Manager from 1 October 2026 can join noon's Seller Accelerator Program, which gives ad credits and cashback in the first months.

Plan around noon's sale calendar

  • Yellow Friday is noon's biggest sale of the year. In 2025 it ran from 20 to 30 November.
  • 11.11 runs in early November, just before Yellow Friday.
  • The Ramadan sale starts before Ramadan. In 2026 it ran in late January and ended on 2 February.
  • We lock stock, prices and ad budgets weeks ahead, because the sellers who run out of stock on day two lose the rest of the event.

What noon charges

noon takes a referral fee on each sale, set by category as a percentage of the price before VAT. In the UAE, Fulfilled by Partner rates run from 4% to 27% depending on category, with a minimum of AED 1 per item, under a structure that took effect on 10 September 2026. Fulfilment fees depend on size and weight and differ by country. We model the margin on every product before it goes live, so you know what each sale is worth after fees and ads.
