Accounting and bookkeeping in the UAE
What every UAE company needs
Corporate tax made complete, reconciled books essential for every company. Your return is built from your financial statements, so the books behind it have to be complete, reconciled and kept for years after each tax period.
Audited financial statements are required if your revenue exceeds AED 50 million, if you claim Qualifying Free Zone Person status, or if you are part of a tax group (Ministerial Decision No. 84 of 2025, for financial years starting on or after 1 January 2025). Everyone else still needs financial statements to support the return: IFRS, IFRS for SMEs below AED 50 million revenue, or cash basis below AED 3 million.
What our accounting partners set up and run
- Monthly bookkeeping with bank and card reconciliations.
- VAT ready ledgers so quarterly returns come straight out of the books.
- Year end financial statements under IFRS, ready for your corporate tax return.
- Audit support when you need audited accounts, liaising with your auditor.
- eInvoicing readiness: an accounting setup that works with an accredited provider.
- A live finance dashboard showing cash, receivables, payables and tax due, updated as the books close.
How it runs each month
- You share bank feeds, invoices and receipts once, then upload as you go.
- Our licensed accounting partner books and reconciles everything.
- You get the month's dashboard and any questions in one message.
- VAT and corporate tax deadlines are flagged weeks ahead, not days.
